It doesn't take years of hard work or mystical experiences to develop a positive attitude. It takes practice.

Here are some tips for developing and maintaining a positive attitude:

  • Start every morning on a positive note
  • Visibly post the word attitude
  • Avoid negative people and attitudes
  • Take a positive physical approach
  • Keep a diary of all positive events that happen every day
  • Make everyone you meet glad that he/she met you
